On December 21, 2017, LTSB emailed each Wisconsin County Clerk and Land Information Officer (LIO) asking them to update their current county contacts in WISE-Decade. On December 27, 2017, LTSB emailed all the current county contacts their WISE-Decade username and password. Please be aware that these logins will not be activated until the beginning of 2018!

Wisconsin Counties are required by Wisconsin State Statute to submit ward level geographic information system (GIS) data to the Legislative Technology Services Bureau (LTSB) twice a year, in January and July.
The first data collection of 2018 begins Wednesday, January 3, 2018, and ends Friday, January 19, 2018.
